Fr. Reginald Foster as we discussed in our "Living Latin" Elluminate session is the Pope's own Latinist. Nota Bene you can watch and listen to him speak fluent Living Latin here and here. Note the first YouTube video is narrated in German but subtitled in Portuguese.
